Staff Wellbeing
At the Riverside Federation we recognise that staff wellbeing is essential for cultivating a mentally healthy school, for retaining and motivating staff and for promoting pupil wellbeing and attainment.
As education staff juggle a multitude of different tasks and demands, we recognise the importance of staff being given both emotional and practical support. In our schools we build a culture of trust where staff feel valued, can be open about their health and wellbeing and know how to access support if they need it.
